Leader conducted pre-sale Phase I, II and III ESAs at multiple fast-food restaurant locations. The majority of the locations were former gas stations and involved complex environmental histories. This multi-site project was fast-tracked to assess the environmental risks associated with each location and present the results as a portfolio sale. Leader worked closely with a number of attorneys and real estate consultants. Leader also provided oversight at one of the properties which required remediation.
